Here at My Auto Import Center, we know that your time is extremely valuable. That's why we're offering a free loaner vehicle for use during your vehicle service. Please make an appointment beforehand so we can have a car waiting for you upon your arrival. We don't want to see your day go to waste. They look like new! They smell like new! And you know they have been cared for by certified master technicians! After the vehicle has been in our loaner program it will be added back to our pre-owned sales inventory. They are almost new yet you can buy them for a nice discount over a similar new vehicle.


How Does It Work?

We have a fleet of over 40 vehicles in our loaner program at any given time. The vehicles are allocated to service customers based upon demand. We can meet the needs of most of our customers most of the time but occasional shortages do occur. Ask your service advisor or service appointment coordinator about availability.

What are Your Responsibilities?

There are some common sense responsibilities for you the customer when you drive off in one of our free service loaners. You are responsible to replace the gas you use while you are driving the vehicle. The tank will be full when you leave and there are several close gas stations to the dealership you can use to top off the tank upon your return. For both health and resale reasons we prohibit smoking, pets and towing. You are of course required to have proper insurance coverage and are responsible for any damage or accidents to the vehicle while it is in your possession.

Customer Service Priority

In our service department we have a large number of loaners but not enough to have a loaner for everyone. Generally speaking we give priority to customers that need them the most. Examples of customers who are considered for a high priority loaner are: customers who need large repairs, customers who need repairs that take several days due to parts delays, customer satisfaction situations and business people who need flexibly transportation in order to make appointments.

If you choose not to take advantage of our free service loaners stay and hang out in our comfy service waiting area. Our service waiting area is complete with computers, free wi-fi, huge flat screen television, luxurious leather sofas, massage chairs, a library full of books and magazines, coffee, tea, bottles of water and juice, soda fountain machine, kids play area, and usually some friendly furry friends to hang out with.

Service Loaner Car Policy 

In order to be able to continue to make loaner cars available to our customers, the following policies must be strictly enforced:

  • Customers are responsible for the use of fuel while in a loaner and will be charged to replenish to fuel level signed for when vehicle left the dealership; please make sure you are aware of the fuel level before you leave 
  • For health reasons, we must insist that there be no smoking or pets in a loaner vehicle. Many people are allergic to smoke and pets. 
  • Please remove all personal belongings and debris when you are finished with the loaner. If the interior needs to be cleaned please alert one of our staff
  • We cannot guarantee any specific model of loaner available on any given day
  • The driver of the loaner must be at least 21 years of age
  • The driver of the loaner car must be the person who name appears on the repair order or immediate family member
  • You must present a valid driver's license, a valid insurance card, and a valid Visa MasterCard Discover or American Express credit card.
  • Body damage and/or any other damage to the loaner vehicle while in the customer's possession is the sole responsibility of the customer. You are advised to contact your insurance company in case damage or accident as your insurance company is the primary carrier. 
  • We cannot be responsible for any items or articles left behind in a loaner car
  • For your safety, we reserve the right to not lend vehicles out during extreme inclement weather such as ice and snow storms
  • Loaner cars must be returned within 24 hours notice of your vehicles completion. A charge of $75.00 per day will be charged for every day after this is date that the vehicle is not returned.
  • Parking tickets, toll violations and any other tickets or traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the person signing for the loaner vehicle and will be charged to the credit card left
Substitute transportation is provided at no charge solely as a courtesy to our customers
